By accessing WebInspo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms are effective as of February 5, 2025.
Account Responsibilities

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must promptly report any suspicious or unauthorized account activities
- Each individual or organization is limited to one account only
2. Account Usage
- Sharing or transferring account access is prohibited
- You must comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
- You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account
- Account selling or trading is strictly forbidden
Acceptable Use
When using WebInspo, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically download inspiration content
- Copy or reproduce showcased website designs without permission
- Submit websites without proper attribution or rights
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or malicious content
- Engage in spamming or disruptive behavior
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse our tagging/categorization system
Intellectual Property
1. Platform Content
- The WebInspo platform and its features are our exclusive property
- Screenshots and collections are protected by copyright
- Our branding and interface elements cannot be used without permission
2. User Submissions
- You maintain ownership of websites you submit for showcase
- We reserve the right to feature and categorize submitted content
- You must have rights or permission to submit website examples
Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Add, modify, or remove inspiration categories
- Terminate accounts that violate our curation standards
- Adjust submission guidelines and feature criteria
- Update these terms with reasonable notice
Limitation of Liability
WebInspo is not liable for:
- Accuracy of website inspiration details
- Broken links to showcased websites
- Disputes between users and featured websites
- Changes in showcased website designs
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Direct communication first
- Professional mediation if needed
- Binding arbitration as final resort
- Laws of the applicable jurisdiction
